Grey Energy

“Grey Energy” is a term coming from Physics, it means the total amount of energy consumed during the “existence” of a product. The lifecycle of a product consists of extracting the raw material, producing the product, packaging it, transporting it, consuming it and finally disposing of it.  

The vision is about the creation of a village with architectures made up from waste materials, assembled together and covered with sand, in shapes of contemporary installations or sculptures. In this space a community of people with peculiar behavior and singular culture would welcome visitors passing by, involving them in a unique and unprecedented event that blends the elements of artistic creation and collective play, community ritual and celebration.
